EPIQ Foundation

About us

EPIQ Foundation – we build support for the resilience of people, community and nature.

The EPIQ Foundation (Health Strengthening Foundation) was created to build a new culture of health and wellbeing based on resilience – the capacity of people, communities and the environment to regenerate, adapt and grow despite the challenges of the modern world. We create solutions that support biological, mental, social and environmental resilience.

A drawing made of one unbroken line: a standing figure, beside it a young seedling with two leaves, then a grown tree, the line running on into a gentle hill.

Our goals

Strengthen health and stress tolerance – helping with everyday rest, recovery and self-care.

Support strong, empathetic communities – connecting residents in actions that strengthen health.

Protect the human–nature bond – because contact with nature is a vital part of health.

Mission

We help people and communities recover their natural rhythm of health, emotional balance and sense of agency.

4 pillars

Resilience means not only surviving a crisis, but the ability to transform into a more sustainable, just and robust system. In that spirit we develop the original EPIQ concept, built on four pillars of resilience:

Personal

Social

Environmental

Functional

A vision of strengthened health

A return to the natural capacity for self-regulation, recovery and compassion — in both body and mind — is possible. In a world full of stimuli and tension, we restore the harmony between the biological, emotional, relational and environmental. Our vision is a person rooted in nature: aware, strong, capable of compassion and of acting in coherence with themselves and the world.

Body

A source of energy, strength and the sense of "being within myself".

Mind

A space of calm, decisiveness and conscious presence.

Relationships

A return to authentic contact, trust and agency.

Environment

Immersion in the rhythms of nature, silence and biological diversity.
