EPIQ Foundation

Strengthen what is alive. Within Yourself. With Nature.

About us

The EPIQ Health Strengthening Foundation helps people regain health, calm and good relationships — with themselves, with others and with nature.

We support people worn down by the pace of life, sensory overload and constant screen contact. We combine research knowledge with simple, practical steps that work in everyday life.

  • We help people get back good sleep, calm and the feeling of steering their own lives.
  • We build places to rest from overload — Origin House is a quiet space with a single chair in the centre and no technology at all.
  • Through the Human Era programme we study how artificial intelligence affects everyday life and run consultations for people burdened by AI — with an educator, a therapist and a mentor.

How we work

We create and run places and tools that support health – including Origin House centres.

We deliver research and social programmes – with universities, local governments and health organisations.

We strengthen the health culture of the future – educating, publishing reports and creating models that integrate health, environment and local community.

We have been running consultations since 14 October 2025

Feeling overloaded by AI? Let's talk.

We start by sending materials and information that help right away. If more is needed, we refer you to an educator, a therapist or a mentor.

Educator

for children, teenagers and parents

Therapist

for emotional overload and dependence

Mentor

for adults and professionals

Request

Ask for support

Write a few sentences about the person the request concerns and about the problem. First we send materials and information that may help right away. The Foundation does not provide therapy — if specialist support is needed, we help you find an educator, a therapist or a mentor.

Share your experience

We collect observations on how contact with artificial intelligence affects sleep, focus, mood and relationships. Answer three short questions and — if you wish — describe it in your own words or record a short message. Submissions are anonymous and used solely for research and educational purposes.
